What You Need

1/3

cup SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Tbsp. dried oregano leaves

boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb.), cut lengthwise into thirds

jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, warmed

cups hot cooked mixed vegetables

soft breadsticks

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Measure 1/3 cup coating mix into shaker bag. Add cheese and oregano; mix well.

COAT chicken with coating mixture as directed on package. Place in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

BAKE 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with spaghetti sauce for dipping, mixed vegetables and breadsticks.

Substitute

Substitute marinara sauce or pizza sauce for the spaghetti sauce.

Creative Leftovers

For a quick burst of flavor, sprinkle unused SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix over hot cooked vegetables or tossed green salads.

I thought this had a weird taste. My husband liked it though. It was edible but not incredible.

ive never, ever been successful at keeping my breading stuck to my chicken, until i tried this. it was really quite delicious! i substituted tenderloins for breasts, and cut them in half. it worked fantastically! i almost wish i had kids to make this for ;o)

I would but you have to broil it for about 10 minuts after you bake it to make it crunchy. My picky son liked it.

This recipe was quick and delicious. I used leftover homemade spaghetti sauce and used the leftover chicken for sandwiches the next day. I will definitely make this one again.

These were great! They were quick to prepare and had a nice flavor. Quite kid-friendly, yet good for adults as well!

The chicken was pretty good. It was a good change from just regular Shake and Bake. I will for sure make this one again!

I tried this recipe with Italian shake n bake, I wouldn't recommend it. Next time I make this, I will use the regular extra crispy. The added italian herbs didn't do much for the recipe. Along with the pizza sauce, I also had cheese sauce for dipping. That was very good too!
