Rated 5 out of 5 by from ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! My family always teases me when I cook from a recipe, but not this time. It was easy and taste great. The only thing I will do different is add another can of pizza sauce, because I had to keep adding water to help the pasta cook, so it watered down the pizza sauce taste. I also added more pepperoni then it called for. I will make this over and over, I had enough for another dinner and two lunches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great recipe...and easy. Great recipe...and easy. Like everyone else, I went with a regular pasta sauce instead of pizza sauce. I also decided to kick it up a notch w/ extra Italian seasonings and onion salt bcs others had commented on it being a little bland. Pepperoni is one of my all-time favorites, so I threw a little bit extra in as well. The husband gave it two thumbs up! I will definitely make this again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My family of four gives it five stars, although I did change it up a bit. My family of four gives it five stars, although I did change it up a bit. The previous raters all complained of it being a little flavorless, so I decided to make this recipe with a box of mac and cheese to give the usual bland macaroni noodles a bit of flavor. I also added garlic powder, chili powder and Italian seasoning along with the rest of the ingredients. Delicious!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious! Delicious! I saw that sugarlumples had recommended this recipe, and decided to try it. It was very quick and easy; when I make it again, I'll probably add more cheese. It seemed a bit overpowered by the meat and macaroni. I still thoroughly enjoyed it, though. :D

Not a lot to clean up, either. Easily made enough food for my family of 4. We are going to try it with ground sausage next time. Very good for as quick as it cooked up.

It is even better with extra cheese mixed in and extra Pep. on top. You can also add anything else into it that you would eat on a pizza!! Hope you all enjoy!!!
