  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup mozzarella; sprinkle remaining onto pizza crust. Top with all remaining ingredients; sprinkle with reserved mozzarella.
  • Place crust directly on middle oven rack.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted.


Substitute drained roasted red pepper slices for the tomatoes.

    Try the same on a large flour tortilla shell for thin crust lovers, for extra crisp bake the shell first for a minute or so. Quick, easy

    Oh my this was so good for dinner last night that I had to make another one this afternoon for lunch. Only thing different: 1-I didnt have onion but I can only assume that will make it even more awesome (i used yellow bell pepper in stead)2- grease your pan with a little olive oil, you wont regret it!
