Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe was fairly simple to make and it looks beautiful when it comes out of the oven . This recipe was fairly simple to make and it looks beautiful when it comes out of the oven . . . but you have to REALLY love gorgonzola cheese to eat it. The pizza is rich and dominated by the flavor of the cheese, and we felt it ruined all the other beautiful tasty ingredients. We would try it again only if we substituted cottage cheese or alfredo sauce for the gorgonzola cheese.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Gorgonzola that this recipe calls for is WAY too much. The Gorgonzola that this recipe calls for is WAY too much. Since gorgonzola is so strong, it totally overwhelmes anything else on the pizza. In this case, less cheese is more!
