I made these for my housewarming party, put them out on the table and poof they were almost gone. They were sooo tasty! I can't wait to make them again.

What You Need

1-1/2
cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
1/2
cup pepperoni chunks (1/2 inch)
1/2
cup green pepper squares (3/4 inch)
1/2
cup fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1/4
cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4
cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

THREAD bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.

PLACE in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 20 min. or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with a mixed green salad and cold glass of fat-free milk.
Cooking Know-How
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning in the oven.
Hawaiian Kabobs
Prepare as directed, substituting ham cubes for the pepperoni and pineapple chunks for the halved mushrooms.
