We felt the pull of these pizza kabobs as soon as we saw the ingredients—which include cubed French bread, pepperoni chunks and melty mozzarella cheese.

What You Need

cups  French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
1/2
cup  pepperoni chunks (1/2 inch)
1/2
cup  green pepper squares (3/4 inch)
1/2
cup  fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1/4
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

THREAD bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.

PLACE in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 20 min. or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.

Cooking Know-How
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning in the oven.
