Two of my guy-friends asked me to marry them after scarfing down two pieces each of this delicious pie. They were joking of course, but I think this recipe might just be good enough to cause that reaction for real at some point so ladies be aware. I used sweet Italian turkey sausage to cut the fat and also added frozen spinach (actually it was a frozen spinach with a cream sauce so I guess I cheated a tiny bit on the flavor) but thats just cuz I was too lazy to drain the sauce.

It was also very easy to put together, the only thing I would say was having to wait an hour, it was worth it but just incase next time I'll prepare in advance then just pop in the oven.

I added one clove of minced fresh garlic, substituted pepperoni for the ham and cut back on the parsley.
