Swap out the crust for soft hamburger buns, and you've got a tasty pizza-inspired version of sloppy joes with red sauce and mozzarella.

lb.  lean ground beef

cup  chopped green peppers

cup  chopped onions

can  (8 oz.) pizza sauce
1/2
tsp.  dried oregano leaves

cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

 hamburger buns

Make It

BROWN meat with peppers and onions in large skillet; drain.

ADD pizza sauce and oregano; stir. Simmer 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese; cover. Cook 1 min. or until melted; mix well.

FILL buns with meat mixture.

Serve with a quick-and-easy coleslaw made from a package of coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) mixed with KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing.
