I made the BBQ-Cheddar Sloppy Joes tonight. The were great. I added mushrooms, diced onions, and green peppers to the hambuger meat. Then topped it off with some fried onion strings before putting on the top bun. It was absolutely fabulous. Will definetly make this again.

My husband thought they were ok, but my kids loved them. My son has requested them for his birthday dinner.

Very yummy and super easy! I diced up some pepperoni and threw it in there and served it open-faced over cheesy garlic bread. Seriously, it probably only took 20 minutes from the time I turned the oven to cook the garlic bread until the time we ate. I will definitely be making this on busy weeknight evenings as everyone loved it!!
