PLANTERS Chicken Piccata Skillet Simmer

Fill your kitchen with the aroma of lemon and white wine with this PLANTERS Chicken Piccata Skillet Simmer. It's a classic dish that's easy as could be.

What You Need

4
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1/4
cup  flour
2
Tbsp.  olive oil
2/3
cup  fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2
cup  dry white wine
3
Tbsp.  lemon juice
1/2
cup  chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts

Make It

COAT chicken with flour; shake off excess.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min. on each side. (Chicken will not be done.)

MIX broth, wine and lemon juice until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), sprinkling with nuts for the last few minutes.
