  • Coat chicken with flour; shake off excess.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min. on each side. (Chicken will not be done.)
  • Mix broth, wine and lemon juice until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF), sprinkling with nuts for the last few minutes.
