  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll pizza crust on lightly floured surface; press to form 16x9-inch rectangle. Brush dough with half of the butter; sprinkle with sugar and trail mix to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  • Roll up dough tightly, starting at one of the long sides; pinch seam together to seal. Cut into 16 slices with serrated knife. Place, cut-sides down, in 9-inch round baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Drizzle with remaining butter.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 min.; invert onto serving platter. Remove pan.

Substitute 1 can (11 oz.) refrigerated low-fat French bread dough for the pizza crust.

Special Extra

For added flavor, sprinkle 1 tsp. ground cinnamon over the brown sugar and trail mix before rolling dough up.
