  • Place 1 cup of the peanuts in blender or food processor container; cover. Blend until finely ground. With motor running, add honey and oil through feed tube at top of blender, blending well after each addition. Transfer to small bowl.
  • Chop remaining 1/4 cup peanuts finely. Add to pureed peanuts along with the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Serve as a condiment with grilled beef, poultry or pork.

Each 2-Tbsp. serving of this tasty sauce goes a long way on flavor.

Jazz It Up

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.

Make Ahead

Sauce can be made ahead of time. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving.

    Will definately make again! We loved the complex flavor and simple prep. Next time I may substitute creamy peanut butter for the peanuts.
