This is definitely a keeper, I used pears instead of plums and I doubled the recipe and used a 12" pan. Gone in minutes. Love it. Served with a dollop of homemade whip cream!
It was very easy to make. I didn't use almonds or almond extract. Instead I added 1 tsp of cinnamon and 3/4 tsp of cream of tartar. It was very good, not to sweet and 3 out of 4 people in my family like it. It was gone in a 24 hour period.
