  • Heat broiler.
  • Mix meat, bread crumbs, 3 Tbsp. steak sauce, onion and garlic powder just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Mix cheese, remaining steak sauce and horseradish. Top each of 4 patties with 1/4 cup cheese mixture. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  • Broil patties, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
  • Fill buns with burgers, lettuce and tomatoes.
