sticks (1 oz. each) KRAFT or POLLY-O Mozzarella String Cheese

can (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust

1/3

cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese

can (8 oz.) pizza sauce

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Pull cheese into thin strips; set aside. Unroll pizza crust on work surface; cut into 6 squares. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

SPOON about 1 Tbsp. each of the ricotta cheese and pizza sauce onto each square; sprinkle evenly with string cheese. Fold each square in half; pinch edges together to seal.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, microwave remaining pizza sauce in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through. Serve with the calzones.

Very quick, fun, and yummy. Very kid-friendly, it would be fun for a kid to make. I ended up giving one to my 13-month old to eat and she ate a whole one! I made this ahead of time, and stored it in the fridge til fiance came home.,then put it in the oven. Very filling, and took NO time to put together. only thing is most of the filling came out while cooking, so it was a bit messy.

I've made this several times, it's very good. My whole family loved it. We've tried it adding hamburger and canadian bacon! That was very good as well. I highly recommend.
