Mozzarella cheese, red onions, ripe olives and fresh herbs are layered over a pizza crust, then baked for a savory bread to serve with an Italian meal.

what you need

 Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
Tbsp.  olive oil
cups  POLLY-O SO-QUICK Finely Shredded Low-Moisture Whole Milk Mozzarella with Parmesan Cheese
cup  thinly sliced red onions
Tbsp.  sliced marinated pitted black olives
tsp.  fresh rosemary
tsp.  fresh fresh thyme

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Brush pizza crust lightly with oil.

TOP with cheese, onions, olives and seasonings. Place directly on oven rack.

BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
