Amazing! I mixed chopped spinach in with the cheeses and seasonings and put tomatoes on top. It was terrific! I will definitely be making this again.

What You Need

cup POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1
cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/4
cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2
tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4
tsp. garlic salt
1/4
tsp. pepper
12
 mini whole wheat pita breads
1/4
cup chopped fresh basil

Make It

HEAT oven to 450°F.

COMBINE first 6 ingredients.

PLACE pita breads on baking sheet; top with cheese mixture and basil.

BAKE 10 to 14 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serve with fresh fruit and a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
Special Extra
Top pizzas evenly with 2 cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables, such as 1 cup red pepper strips, 3/4 cup sliced zucchini and 1/4 cup chopped onion; or 1 cup broccoli florets, 1/2 cup sliced plum tomatoes and 1/2 cup yellow pepper strips; or 1 cup sauteed sliced fennel and 1 cup sliced plum tomatoes.
Variation
Prepare using 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch).
