A simple marinade of pineapple juice, steak sauce and ground ginger adds terrific tropical flavor to steak, chicken and fish.

What You Need

cup  pineapple juice
cup  A.1. Original Sauce
tsp.  ground ginger

Make It

MIX all ingredients.

POUR marinade over any steak, chicken or fish in shallow baking dish; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour, turning occasionally.

DRAIN steak, chicken or fish; discard marinade. Cook as desired.
