  • Cut lime in half. Cut 1 lime half into 4 slices; squeeze 1 tsp. juice from remaining lime half.
  • Add water to drink mix in 1-qt. plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Add lime juice, seltzer and pineapple juice.
  • Place ice and 1 lime slice in each of 2 tall glasses. Top with drink; garnish with remaining lime slices.

Make Ahead

Prepare drink as directed, but do not add seltzer. Refrigerate drink and lime slices until ready to serve. Stir seltzer into drink just before serving as directed.

Substitute

Substitute cold sparkling water for the water and seltzer.
