Substitute apples for the pears.
Substitute dried cranberries for the pomegranate seeds.
Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in skillet on medium-high heat. Add pears; cook 2 min. or until browned. Top with 2 Tbsp. honey; cook 1 min. or until caramelized. Use in place of red pears in salad.
The lettuce is high in vitamin A and the tangerines provide vitamin C. Combine them with additional fruit, crunchy peanuts and dressing for a colorful salad you won't want to miss.

I substituted spinach leaves, tangelos, honey roasted peanuts and light lemon poppyseed dressing. I did use the pears and pomegranate seeds. Great color and very flavorful.
