Refrigerate chops in prepared brine as directed; drain, then pat dry. Heat broiler. Place chops on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until done (145ºF), turning after 5 min. Remove chops from broiler; let stand 3 min. before serving.
