Awesome! Let me tell you that ever since I was pregnant with my son, I've had a severe aversion to pork and will NOT eat it no matter how it's prepared. I made this for a Playgroup BBQ for variety and had filet mignon as a backup. I tried a pork chop and LOVED it!!! I did marinate it for at least 5 hours in Italian Dressing before grilling & brushed more dressing while grilling. It was delicious and the relish made it so much more exciting. I think I might add some black beans & jalapeno to the relish next time just for a little twist!

Good recipe, can be used with chicken breasts too.
