You really need to add milk to the soup, and I recommend reduced sodium soup too. It was pretty salty. Really don't think I'll make this one again.
This was a really good recipe. I only made a couple of changes. Instead of oil I used real butter and added a tsp of rosemary and left out the garlic. I covered the chops while they were browning to hold in the moisture. Other than that I followed the recipe and it was good, moist and I will make it again.
Made this tonight with chicken breast instead of pork, and it was a big hit. Lots of flavor and little ingredients!!
