I improvised a little by using only half a large onion half of a med-large green pepper which I sauted after I half cooked my pork steak which I cut in half(2 lg pork steak deboned)and I seasoned with garlic powder. I combined the onion/green pepper mixture with the soup and about 1/2 can of milk and put over the pork in a baking dish. Put the stuffing and cheese then baked. It was delicious and will make again. I would used 2 boxes of stuffing next time tho as I didn't think one was enough but that was all I had this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used chicken broth instead of water for stuffing prep. Used chicken broth instead of water for stuffing prep. Added an extra layer of flavor. Also have to brown my butterfly chops longer. Adding the soup mixture deglazed the pan the the wonder browning flavor mixed with the sauce. Everyone had second helpings. Not that complicated to do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is delicious and so easy. This is delicious and so easy. I love that hint of thyme. I didn't brown these when I first made them, and they turned out fine. Also, sometimes I saute a little celery and onion and mix with the stuffing and the soup. I chop it fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made a couple changes. I made a couple changes. I used pork Stove Top. I added some chopped carrots so it would have more veggies. Also, I made it more of a casserole by cutting my pork chops up into chunks first. That way we could scoop it out and not need knives when we were eating leftovers. I think next time, though, I will use gravy instead of soup. But it was delicious! Got big approval from my roommate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found this recipe by typing in what I had on hand. I found this recipe by typing in what I had on hand. It didn't sound too exciting, but I made it anyway. It was so delicious - the whole family mmmmm'ed through the whole meal. Will definitely make again. Note I substituted poultry seasoning because I didn't have thyme and it was great. I think it would be great also using turkey cutlets instead of pork. YUM!
