My husband is a big apple fan and he was very pleased. The mustard taste was almost imperceptible so the next time I might add a bit more and see if that is even better. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful! Wonderful! I followed the recipe to the letter and realized it made a lot of sauce. So after my completion of the sauce, I set the chops down into it. Then I served it all over minute brown rice. My children def want mom to make this again.
