Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so easy and delicious. This was so easy and delicious. It deserves 5 stars for taste and ease of effort. I used bone-in pork chops seasoned with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also used 2 boxes of stuffing since we really like stuffing. It turned out great. Whole family really liked it. I did have to cook it longer, like about 45 minutes. I will definitely be making this often. Served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOOOO GOOD! SOOOO GOOD!!! One of my favorite fall/winter meals is pork and apples. This was cheap and simple to make. I had the kids help me make it and my picky 5 year old cleared his plate! I have added it to my weekly dinner rotation and made it twice in a week bc it was so tasty. I did season the pork chops VERY LIGHTLY w/ a little sage, thyme, rosemary and garlic powder.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone that eats this meal is so surprised by how wonderful it tastes. Everyone that eats this meal is so surprised by how wonderful it tastes. When they hear the combination of ingredients they seem turned off but as soon as they taste it they're in heaven! I have added this meal to the rotating list I make and cook it almost once a month. We eat this with a side of green beans or a salad to round it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good! So good!!! The only way I will eat my pork Chops now! When we ran out of some ingredients, we made our own homemade stuffing and apples from our apple tree and the Pork Chops were so juicy even the toddlers ate it! They couldn't eat Pork Chops in the past because they were always too tough!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I took advice and added cinnamon to the apple mixture, onion powder to the chops. I took advice and added cinnamon to the apple mixture, onion powder to the chops. I only used four chops. The ratio was good with four chops. I don't think I'd uncover for the last 10 minutes. It burnt the stuffing a bit. Would have been fine without uncovering.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I make this on occasion. I make this on occasion. Instinctively I season my chops and dust them in flour and brown before putting them in the oven. Also I use 4 chops instead of 6 so we can have more of the stuffing and apples. This dish is a good comfort food.

I made this for dinner tonight and I had to cook it longer because my chicken breasts were pretty big. This was an easy meal and very good, loved all of the flavors and moistness of the chicken. I would make it again.
