Really easy recipe and very good. We used jellied cranberry sauce instead of whole cranberry sauce, and it still came out great.

Being unable to stand long is part of my life; but, you have made a good meal part of our life. Easy, simple, and delicious! Thank You!

It was definitely delicious. However, when I pulled it from the oven it looked more like it was sitting in broth than in a cranberry sauce. Maybe next time I will brown the chops on the stove and finish the recipe in the oven.
