Really easy recipe and very good. We used jellied cranberry sauce instead of whole cranberry sauce, and it still came out great.

It was definitely delicious. However, when I pulled it from the oven it looked more like it was sitting in broth than in a cranberry sauce. Maybe next time I will brown the chops on the stove and finish the recipe in the oven.
