What You Need

pork loin chops (6 oz. each), 3/4 inch thick

tsp. oil

medium onion, thinly sliced

large apple, sliced

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard

1/4

cup apple juice

Make It

BROWN chops in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chops to serving platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.

ADD onion and apple to drippings in skillet; cook on medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in mustard and apple juice; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon sauce over chops.

Excellent Low Cal Meat Dish. Garnish with slice of bacon cut in small pieces would be excellent.

I LOVED it! Will definitely remake this one again! I did not have the honey mustard, so i improvised and mixed mustard and honey and made my own. I used very thin chops and dipped them into a flour/salt/pepper/garlic powder/onion powder mixture first. Once my apples 7 onions were about half done, i put my chops back in the pan and let them cook a bit more. Very tasty!!

I made this recipe and my family loved it I also added fresh Basil,it was a nice suttle add in.

It was pretty good. If I make this again I would use a little less mustard. The topping was very mustardy! The pork chops were a little dry. Maybe marinating it in something??

I wanted a different way to make chops besides the normal bake or jamaican stewed. I was very satisfied. I spiced it up a bit by adding west indian fish and meat sauce, which gave it a tang and seasoned the meat with dryed herbs over night.
