What You Need

1
lb. boneless pork loin chops, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1/4
cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
 Juice from 2 limes, divided
1
each red, green and yellow bell peppers, seeded, cut into long strips
1
large onion, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2
 of a serrano chile, seeded, cut into thin strips
1/2
cup chopped cilantro
8
 tortillas, warmed
2
cups cooked rice
1
cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Make It

TOSS pork strips, steak sauce and half of the lime juice. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

SPRAY nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add bell peppers, onion and serrano chile; cook 6 to 8 min. or until onion and peppers are soft. Transfer to bowl; toss with remaining lime juice and cilantro. Cover; keep warm.

ADD pork mixture to skillet; cook 4 to 5 min. on medium-high heat or until cooked through. Spoon evenly onto warm tortillas. Top with vegetables, rice and cheese.
