Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was really good. This recipe was really good. My husband (who is a picky eater) was hesitant about trying this meal, but then he said he really liked it and wanted me to make it again! I made a few alterations to the meal. I cut up the pork into smaller pieces to cook faster, and then added the salad dressing dijon mixture to the meat for the last few minutes of cooking. I served the pork on rice with the stuffing. I left-out the cranberries because I didn't have any...and it stil turned out fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was delicious and the leftovers were almost even better! This recipe was delicious and the leftovers were almost even better!! I did double the sauce recipe as other's had suggested and it was perfect. I made this for my brother who usually gives a less than enthusiastic thumbs up. I even heard him tell one of his friends that his sister made a "freakin' amazing dinner" so it's a hit! The perfect comfort food recipe! I made it with the Twice Baked Sweet Potato recipe...fabulous!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really liked this recipe. I really liked this recipe. Like many suggested I doubled the sauce. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I think this recipe should serve 4 and not 6 and it's misleading on the calorie count. However, I LOVED the taste of the pork with the sauce, and the cranberries in the stuffing was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. I will definitely make this again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was good. This was good. I did not have the Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing so i used one pot w/4 pork chops with Baslamic Vinegar and grey poupon and one pot w/4 pork chops with Italian and grey poupon. Both came out good but family liked the one made with Italian better. Will make this again using the Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing. Also, hubby hated the cranberries in the stuffing.

I don't usually like pork loin but it's my husband's favorite so I cook it at least once a month for him but after cooking this receipe I tried it and really liked it. The sauce made it so good(yes you need to double the amount of sauce)and the stuffing was excellent with the cranberries. Will make again.

I followed the recipe very closely, step by step. There wasn't enough sauce to drizzle over the top before serving. The pork was tender but the only flavor WAS the sauce and that was alittle too spicy(guess it was the mustard). The stuffing and cranberries were good, though. Will not fix this again.

I have a friend on Southbeach and she eats out 95% of time. She has lost 55lbs, so I try to cook for her instead of going out.I made this minus the stuffing and served brown rice she can have.We both loved it. She thought it would go well with chicken,so I have done it that way also.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good, easy, and fast. This was very good, easy, and fast. My husband absolutely LOVED the sauce, but I wasn't as crazy about it. We both liked the meal overall. I used fat free dressing, and upped the butter content in the stuffing slightly. Otherwise made as directed. Thank you!
