I made this with low fat cream cheese, yellow pepper instead of red, because I prefer any pepper over red, and chicken broth. I also doubled it, since I could only find a 2 lb tenderloin. It had a very good, rich taste.
I didn't use the peppers because we don't like them and my sauce was kind of lumpy. It wasn't pretty but it tasted good!
