What You Need

1/2

cup BULL'S-EYE or KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

1/2

cup pineapple juice

tsp. grated gingerroot

tsp. minced fresh garlic

pork shoulder (5 lb.)

3/4

cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce

hamburger buns

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX first 4 ingredients. Place meat in disposable foil pan; cover with barbecue sauce mixture. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate, turning after 10 min.

PLACE pan on grill grate; cover with lid of grill. Cook 3 to 3-1/2 hours or until meat is done (160ºF). Remove from grill; cover with foil. Let stand 10 min.

SHRED meat with 2 forks; mix with steak sauce. Serve in buns.

Too hot for the grill...I pulled it off under 3 hours. It is well done...still juicy but alot of burnt spots. Will probably do in the slow cooker next time.

We cooked the pork in the oven at 325 for 2 1/2 hours and it turned out great.

Delicious!!! Made it in a slow cooker, also. Slow cooked it for about 4 hours, pulled the meat off the bone, returned it to the slow cooker, finished cooking it, & added a little more barbecue sauce (Open Pit barbecue sauce) at the end. It was a huge hit.

it was awesome - i used a slow cooker to cook the meat for 8 hours and then pulled it apart when cooled. i mistakenly mixed the A1 with the other liquids and threw it all in the pot and then served the pork with more Bulls Eye BBQ sauce on the side with mini buns - huge hit!!!

Excellent! Makes a lot but is very good leftover if you don't have a crowd.

This did not work well for me...it got dried out on the grill, and then when it was done, didn't seem sweet enough or like something was missing. We added more barbeque sauce and sugar and they were better after that. Might make again, but modify the recipe a little, and maybe use a slow cooker instead of the grill.

I did not add the A-1, and it was still very good. The pinapple flavor really comes through.
