  • Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add pork and green pepper; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Add salsa; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Place tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warmed.
  • Spoon meat mixture evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up.

Prepare as directed, using ground pork. Cook with green pepper until meat is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain, if necessary.
