What You Need

cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
cup  honey
bunches  cilantro
 jalapeño peppers, stemmed
pork roast racks (5 lb. each)

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Place all ingredients except meat in blender; cover. Blend until smooth; set aside.

PLACE meat in roasting pan or shallow baking pan. Remove 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; brush evenly onto meat. Reserve remaining dressing mixture to serve with the cooked meat.

BAKE meat 15 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF. Bake an additional 1 hour 20 min. or until internal temperature of meat is 155ºF. Remove meat from oven. Let stand, covered, 15 to 20 min. or until meat registers 160ºF. Slice meat. Serve topped with the reserved dressing mixture.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

How to Make Cleanup Easier
Line baking pan with foil before using for easy cleanup.
Food Facts
Bone-in roasts provide a built-in rack for meat to cook on so you don't need to use a rack in the baking pan. A shallow baking pan, such as a jelly-roll pan, works well if you don't have a roasting pan.
Make Ahead
Sauce can be made ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use as directed.
