Make It

LAYER ingredients in 24 (9-oz.) clear plastic cups just before serving.

Note
Cook potatoes, beans and meat in separate pans on the stove top, or microwave in separate microwaveable containers, just until warmed before layering in plastic cups. Do not warm ingredients after layering in cups.
Creative Leftovers
This is a great way to use leftover mashed potatoes. Just substitute 5 cups leftover mashed potatoes for the purchased refrigerated mashed potatoes.
Special Extra
Prepare using refrigerated sour cream- and onion-flavored mashed potatoes.
