I live in a small town so I could not find any Calvados apple brandy, I used Applejack its the only one the liquor store had. This is absolutely out of this world. I will make this again. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A go-to easy yet impressive dish! This has become my all time go-to dish for comfort and to impress guests in a hurry! Time and time again it is always perfection. My boyfriend says that this dish made him fall in love with me. Make extra sauce because it is to die for over potatoes or rice. I susbstitue apple juice for the calvados and it is MAGICAL. Thanks Kraft kitchen :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great easy recipe for entertaining. Great easy recipe for entertaining. For dinner party of 13, used six pounds of pork tenderloin and quadrupled sauce. Could not find Calvados Apple Brandy, so reduced apple juice until thick and added it with regular brandy. Many compliments on entree.
