  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, microwave pot roast as directed on package; cool slightly. Pull meat into shreds with 2 forks; place in medium saucepan. Add beef gravy and onion dip; mix well. Cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Keep warm.
  • Cook mushrooms in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 to 4 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add meat, peas and carrots; mix well. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon TATER TOTS onto platter; drizzle with gravy mixture. Top with meat and French fried onions.


Substitute your favorite frozen vegetable blend for the peas and carrots.
