Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hey everyone! Hey everyone! I made this once before and realized I didn't like how hard the chips got in the microwave. So next time I decided to use the broiler. BIG DIFFERENCE! I put tin foil on a cookie sheet and sprayed it with Pam so it wouldn't stick. I put the cheese and bacon bits on (I don't like tomatos so I didn't use them). Few minutes under the broiler was just what it needed!! I mixed sour cream and scallons together and am enjoying this snack!! I hope my info helps!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tasty, but try it with homemade potato chips, perfect then. Very tasty, but try it with homemade potato chips, perfect then. Just slice potatoes thin, soak them in ice water for 30 or so minutes, dry with towel, and fry in vegtable oil until brown. Take out, and salt. Yum! Easy and with the toppings suggested Out of this world.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was good and easy! This was good and easy! However, I doubled most of the ingredients. 8 oz. of chips, 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar, 3 scallions, one large tomato, 8 slices of bacon and 1 cup of sour cream. Made a large platter that disappeared!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I thought these were good. I thought these were good. I made these for the superbowl, it was just my husband and my kids and they liked it too, just not enough to finish them. Maybe next time I'll make them with the waffle fries instead of the chips.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These were really good. These were really good. I did as another suggested and used the oven to melt the cheese on the chips. Instead of bacon we put on some taco seasoned turkey meat. They were gone in minutes.
