I refrigerated the potatoes and it made it easier to shape but they didn't come out golden brown and crispy and it definitely needs more salt. Blaaaaaand!
you need to refrigerate the potatoes before you shape them.
Could not make a shape out of the mashed potatoes. Everything was a sticky un-shapable mess. Impossible to form, impossible to coat with crumbs .... i think this recipe is missing some important tips.
