Potato-Crunch Baked Chicken

Somehow, you just know this baked chicken dish is going to be a hit. Made with Dijon mustard, crushed potato chips and parsley, it's easy to make too.

What You Need

cups  potato chips, finely crushed
Tbsp.  chopped fresh parsley
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
cup  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

BRUSH chicken with mustard; coat in combined crushed chips and parsley.

PLACE on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
