  • Microwave potatoes and water in 2-qt. microwaveable dish on HIGH 10 min. or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 min.
  • Drain potatoes; place on work surface. Flatten to 1/2-inch thickness.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add potatoes; cook 4 min. or until bottoms are golden brown. Turn potatoes over; top with cheese and bacon. Cover; cook 2 min. or until cheese is melted.

I have made this recipe a few times, every time I have omitted the dressing and used bacon grease, added onions, placed the potatoes on top of the onions and can not believe how good they have turned out! So simple and easy! Ending with a dollop of sour cream...hello!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This recipe was ok. This recipe was ok. I had problems with the cheese melting off into the pan along with some of the bacon pieces as did someone else who rated this recipe. To me it just wasn't tasty enough for the clean up. Don't think I will be making this one again.
