I made these for my kids as an April fools 'dessert', they thought it was funny. I piped the potatoes onto the meatloaf and sprinkled them with bacon bits. From a distance they looked like cupcakes. I used instant potatoes and left out the garlic and parsley. They were actually really delicious.

I made this last week. It was great and everyone loved them. Perfect for portion control. Best of all, it cooks in half the time of a single, traditional meat "loaf." For me, it's the only way to make meatloaf from now on.

I used this recipe for venison because my boyfriend is a hunter and it was fantastic! The only thing I would change next time is I would cut the steak sauce in half as it was a little strong for me. I also stuffed the mini loafs with a small pinch of mozzarella cheese. Love the portion size!
