Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1 lb. 1 lb. ground beef, 6 oz. low sodium stuffing plus 1 c. water, and Worchester sauce and A1 sauce to equal 2 T. I sprayed butter flavored PAM into a brownie not muffin pan. I used a 1/3 c. scoop which resulted in 11 mini meatloaves. I used my own mashed potato/spinach recipe. Cook at 20 mins. to reheat later.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made these for my kids as an April fools 'dessert', they thought it was funny. I made these for my kids as an April fools 'dessert', they thought it was funny. I piped the potatoes onto the meatloaf and sprinkled them with bacon bits. From a distance they looked like cupcakes. I used instant potatoes and left out the garlic and parsley. They were actually really delicious.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I used this recipe for venison because my boyfriend is a hunter and it was fantastic! I used this recipe for venison because my boyfriend is a hunter and it was fantastic! The only thing I would change next time is I would cut the steak sauce in half as it was a little strong for me. I also stuffed the mini loafs with a small pinch of mozzarella cheese. Love the portion size!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was wonderful. It was wonderful. My grandson, said he was not hungrey but ate 4 of them. I used half ground chicken and half ground beef. Im not much of a ground beef lover. Easy to make ahead, pop them in the oven, less then half an hour dinner is served. Excellent

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy! Yummy! I made them exactly to the recipe the first time and they were a hit. The second time, I made them with ground chicken and they were even better! This was a huge hit even with the family members that don't especially like meatloaf!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this last week. I made this last week. It was great and everyone loved them. Perfect for portion control. Best of all, it cooks in half the time of a single, traditional meat "loaf." For me, it's the only way to make meatloaf from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These were AWESOME! These were AWESOME!!! Made for the whole family, and they all LOVED them. The only thing I did was use a little less garlic in the potatoes, but this was a HUGE hit in our house with my hubby and the kids!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For a LOW CARB version, use crushed pork rinds in place of the stuffing mix. For a LOW CARB version, use crushed pork rinds in place of the stuffing mix. I don't even mess with the fancy potatoes. Instant mashed potatoes are great on top. These are a staple, regular or low carb.
