Super easy! No worries about potatoes not being done enough! We like spicy, so I made it with sliced jalapenos added. Wonderful!This went over real well as a side dish for a pot luck dinner at church. Easy to double the recipe..Just a 5 lb bag of taters! Really yummy and I have shared this recipe with a bunch of people!
