MIX sugar and milk until well blended.

Tint with food coloring as desired.

Note

If a thinner consistency is desired, gradually stir in up to 1 Tbsp. of additional milk.

i think that is the most superb recipe that all the little kids cam make when they want to make a simple cake for ones that they love !

it was very liquidy and was way to sugary, it needs more to it, but i dont know what it is

very fast and very easy to make. my 5 + 6 year olds had fun making this icing and decorating sugar cookies.

I make my own icing for cakes and doughnuts. I would not try this recipe. It seems to be missing something... a whole lot of something!
