This recipee is so good that when I gave my mother some for desert, she didn't think she would like it and she is a 'very fussy eater' but she loves it and is always asking me when I am going to make more and that I should not forget to give her some. I think it tastes terrific too. This 'extra insulation' on me doesn't come from eating junk - it comes from eating good food like yours. Denny. KA3NBO1@excite.com

It is awesome. I also used fat free milk because of my husband and it still was wonderful. I do not sub on cool whip or butter. It is still good to have some fat in your diet. Also, it is very easy to make. The hardest part is waiting to eat the mousse. It is delicious!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is soooo yummy and soooo easy to make! This is soooo yummy and soooo easy to make! I made it for a family get-together today and everyone loved it----even my 2 year old! I made it with low fat Cool Whip and skim milk and you'd never know it. I also increased the pumpkin pie spice to just shy of 2 tsp which gave it a nice spiciness. Also great layered with crushed ginger snaps in parfait dishes.
