This recipe actually did sound better than it turned out, as some have said. But did not turn out as bad for me as for others. I had to use a larger crock pot, as one other cook did, because I do not have a small one. The sides of the dish were burned by the time all the meat was cooked, and this is probably because of the larger pot. I wish this recipe had been created for a larger crock pot. When it was done, my stuffing was a little dry despite my adding water. And, as many have said, it did not look all that good. Most of it was not burned, so I saved what was still edible (4 of the 6 servings), and it did not taste that bad. I would say that this is not one of the best recipes I've found in Food & Family, but it is not all that bad. Had it not burned and not been so dry, I probably would have liked it more. My husband loves Stove Top, and he loved it...had no complaints at all. I'd say if you think you can find a way to keep it from drying out, give it a try.
