  • Combine turkey, onion, vegetables, dressing and steak sauce in small slow cooker.
  • Top with cranberry sauce; sprinkle with dry stuffing mix. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.

Make-Ahead

Mix turkey mixture as directed in slow cooker container the night before; cover. Refrigerate. The next day, layer with remaining ingredients. Cook as directed.

Special Extra

Use a tall 3 qt. slow cooker for the most attractive layering of ingredients.

    We've made this twice now. The family liked it both times. It is NOT very attractive, but then, neither are most casseroles, really. This last time we made it, we got delayed returning home and it was a bit burnt. Has anyone tried to cook it on LOW? Is there a health reason NOT to cook it on Low?

    This recipe was a wonderful idea, however, mine looked nothing like the picture when it was finished cooking. Sad to say that it looked like dog food. It tasted okay but I would not make it again since it took a lot of prodding to get my family to eat this.

    My 2 year old daughter and I really liked this recipe. It doesn't look so good, but we thought the taste was great. I will be making this recipe again soon.
