  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatine until completely dissolved; set aside. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatine mixture, beating on low speed until well blended. Add sugar and vanilla; beat 2 min. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon one third of the cream cheese mixture into plastic wrap-lined 1-1/2-qt. bowl. Stand one half of the ladyfingers, cut-sides in, around side of bowl. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture into bowl. Arrange remaining ladyfingers, cut-sides down, evenly over cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
  • Unmold onto serving plate; remove and discard plastic wrap. Insert doll pick in top of cake. Tint remaining whipped topping with food coloring; spread over gelatine mold to resemble doll's dress. Decorate with sprinkles and assorted candies.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

The theme was disney princess's & she was Cinderella, so I made the dress blue with clear sugar sprinkles, the little square ones... It was BEAUTIFUL.. Everyone at the party thought that I had a cake service make it... Tasted wonderful & went a very long way! Thank you Craft!

I was intimidated but it really was easy to make and turned out so nicely !! I used strawberry Cool Whip so I didn't need to tint the frosting. I also bought edible flowers from our cake supply store to decorate with. Very pretty and tasted great too :o)

Made my mother her first for her 80th. Purple dress with some white trim and big bow in back. Put the doll's hair up and painted the it pearl white. It was a great hit!

It turned out beautifully! I did her "dress" in white and used a green frosting spray and then used green sparkle sugar to dress it up. It was really easy! I will definitely make this again!!
