i liked the recipe as is but i tried another time with a low fat turkey taco meat and fat free refried bean, even better. i found a recipe for low fat taco meat from a friend. that is 1 pound of turkey browned, add i pkg. taco seasoning and 1/4 cup chuncky salsa. simmer for 5 min. great. it only has 170 cal.
