  • Heat griddle on medium heat.
  • Remove rolls from package. Do not separate rolls; cut bread horizontally in half.
  • Fill bread halves, with rounded sides facing in, with Singles and chiles to make 1 large sandwich. Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
  • Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

How to Roast and Seed the Chile

Heat broiler. Place chile on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 10 min. or until peel is evenly blackened, turning occasionally. Place chile in paper bag; close bag. Let stand 20 min. or until chile is cooled. Remove chile from bag. Peel away blackened skin with small knife; discard skin. Cut chile lengthwise in half; use edge of sharp knife to scrape away the seeds.
