  • Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in saucepan; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min. Add corn; cook 6 to 8 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Combine cheese, mayo, cilantro and red pepper in medium bowl. Add corn mixture; mix lightly.
  • Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; top with corn mixture. Roll up.

Substitute

Prepare using pulled cooked pork.
