My husband loved this. I did not have minced garlic, so I used garlic powder instead. Next time I make it I will use the minced garlic.

What You Need

tsp.  oil
1
small  onion, sliced
1/2
cup  sliced red peppers
1
clove  garlic, minced
1/2
tsp.  chili powder
1/2
pkg.  OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked Seasoned Pulled Pork
2
 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/2
cup  KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, peppers, garlic and chili powder; cook 10 min. or until onions are golden brown, stirring frequently.

ADD meat; cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Spoon onto tortillas; top with cheese. Fold in half.

COOK in skillet 2 to 3 min. on each side or until each quesadilla is golden brown on both sides.

Note
Cut into small wedges if serving as appetizers.
